TERMS AND CONDITIONS


GENERAL TERMS

  • FULL PAYMENT is required for flights and other tickets or services.
  • All payments made are non-refundable.
  • We do not provide or promise/claim to provide any advice, recommendations, assurances, or guarantees with regards to visas, passports, immigration issues, travel documents, travel permits, customs/quarantine clearances, or any legal issues concerning domestic or international travels.
  • It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to comply with differing passport validity/rule per country. Most states require validity of at least 6 months from the last day of travel. We cannot be held liable nor responsible if the passenger is not allowed to travel due to an expired or expiring passport or if the passenger fails to present proper travel documents.
  • It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to follow all laws and regulations in obtaining all necessary visas, travel authorizations, travel permits, travel documents, travel clearances, and all types of documents needed and required by the Immigration, the Customs, and the airline.
  • We are not held liable nor responsible for any offloading incident or any decision of the Immigration Officers to refuse departure or foreign country entry for the passenger. We cannot be held liable nor responsible for all forfeited, canceled, or tickets considered "flown," “no show,” and all instances wherein the passenger failed to utilize any or all portions of the tickets. No free rebooking will be made, no refund shall be given, no new free booking shall be provided, or no remuneration or payment of any type shall be given.
  • In the event of sudden adjustment with the flight schedule made by the airline, the clients are expected to follow the new set schedule.
  • If the passenger Antigen/RTPCR test is Positive during the tour, passengers will be responsible for the quarantine or hospital expenses.
  • We will not be held liable nor responsible for unused lodging, air tickets, tours, air transportation, land transportation, and water transportation. No refund will be given on accounts of force majeure, labor disputes, natural disasters, Acts of God, fortuitous events, delayed/canceled flights, client's error, client's health condition, or all and other causes beyond our control.
  • Check-in Baggage/s, optional tours, and other services should be requested upon booking. Otherwise, rates may change.
  • Upon acknowledgement of invoice receipt, booking is considered confirmed and final. Cancellation can no longer be processed. Services/packages are non-refundable and cannot be rebooked. No refund for any unused tours, transportations, hotels and flights.

TOUR PACKAGES

  • Full payment is required unless deposit is mentioned. Or once visa is released or 50 DAYS before the departure date whichever comes first, otherwise, the slot may be released and the deposit would be forfeited.
  • Remaining balance is divided into remaining months prior to the dateline of payment, and must be paid per month.
  • Payment beyond the due date per month is subject to a surcharge of P1,000 per pax.
  • If there’s NO full payment made below 45 days, deposit will be forfeited and slots may be released, or fees may apply.
  • If the departure date is within the date allowance, full payment is required. Or otherwise, the slot may be released and the deposit will be forfeited.
  • Ticket issuance: Ticket issuance is finalized approximately one week before the departure date. Please note that this timeline is subject to adjustments influenced by the heightened demand experienced during peak seasons, as well as the operational capacity of our airline partners.
  • Baggage: Booking and additional baggage will only be possible at least 2 days before departure date. Once departed, adding baggage is no longer possible.

    • Additional baggage may vary depending on date range from the date of booking the package, and the rates are subject to change without prior notice.
    • In any excess of allowable baggage, the traveler has the sole responsibility to pay at the check-in counter.
  • Visa denial: In the unfortunate event of a visa application being denied, the guarantee deposit will be forfeited. However, a name change for a passenger with a valid visa is permissible if the ticket has not yet been issued, provided they join the same departure date. This is still subject for approval of the airline and operators.
  • The Package is non-refundable and cannot be rebooked. No refund for any unused tours, transportations, hotels, and flights.
  • Immigration process: For passengers unable to pass the immigration process at any international airport, the entire tour package cost is non-refundable. Note that this process is subject to the discretion of the immigration officer, and outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances.

VISA ASSISTANCE

  • Visa rates: Visa fee are still subject to change without prior notice and may change from the time of deposit. Deposit is for the assessment fee only and deductible from the total price.
  • Japan: Mutliple Entry visa request is subject to P550 per pax additional payment.
  • Other Visa: For other visa country, once approved for Multiple Entry and additional P550 per pax must be settled before releasing the passports.
  • Initial documents submission: If no initial documents (passports, application form, birth certificate, etc.) received within 20 days from the transaction date, the visa deposit amount will be deemed forfeited.
  • If the documents are not completed until the given deadline of submission, the deposit amount will be forfeited.
  • Request to change the travel date must be made at least 7 days before the deadline. Once the documents are transmitted to embassy and the visa applicant request to change the travel date, the company will charge an additional P850 per pax for transmittal of new documents.
  • We hold no responsibility of the visa status of travelers for failure to submit within the prescribe period.

TRAVEL POCKET WIFI

  • Minimum of 3 days rent of the travel WIFI.
  • Security Deposit - Php 6,500 (Refundable)

    • The SD will be refunded after receiving the device at the office.
  • Pick-up and Delivery Rates:

    • If pick-up by client, NO DELIVERY FEE.
    • Within Bacolod City: PHP 350 per way
    • Outside Bacolod: PHP 800 per way
    • Last-minute bookings will be delivered via Grab or Lalamove to NAIA Terminal, and the client should pay the delivery fee directly to the rider. Other airports will not be possible.
  • Damage, loss of unit and accessories will be charged from the security deposit. Rates are subject to change.

    • Device - Php 6,500
    • Pouch - Php 600
    • Cable - Php 400

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Tour package: The package is non-refundable and cannot be rebooked. No refunds will be provided for any unused tours, transportation, hotels, and flights. Once the guarantee deposit has been made, cancellation is not permitted. Both the guarantee deposit and full payment will be forfeited in the event of cancellation. 
  • Visa: If the embassy halted its acceptance/processing of visa, the agency has the right to hold the clients documents until further notice of the embassy. 

    • If the client voluntarily canceled the visa process transaction, the deposit/consultation fee are none refundable and 20% of the Visa Fee will be forfeited.
  • Travel pocket WIFI: Cancellation may be accepted if request is sent at least 10 days before travel date. Below 10 days cancellation will not be accepted.
