On-the-Job-Training (OJT) complete assigned tasks that provide practical experience in the travel and tourism industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist in responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Provide information about travel packages, destinations, flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services.
- Help customers with booking reservations, issuing tickets, and processing payments.
- Prepare travel documents, itineraries, and vouchers for clients.
- Assist in creating and promoting travel packages or promotional offers.
- Support the marketing team in creating content for social media, newsletters, or brochures.
- Assist in issuing tickets, confirming bookings, and handling cancellations or changes.
Must Have
- Currently enrolled in a Tourism, Hospitality, or related course.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, and internet).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Endorsement from the school.
