Responsibilities

  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Provide information about travel packages, destinations, flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services.
  • Help customers with booking reservations, issuing tickets, and processing payments.
  • Prepare travel documents, itineraries, and vouchers for clients.
  • Assist in creating and promoting travel packages or promotional offers.
  • Support the marketing team in creating content for social media, newsletters, or brochures.
  • Assist in issuing tickets, confirming bookings, and handling cancellations or changes.

Must Have

  • Currently enrolled in a Tourism, Hospitality, or related course.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, and internet).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Endorsement from the school.

  • Experience in writing online content
  • Additional languages
  • GDS System Experience
  • Strong analytical skills
