Booking Officer-BACOLOD

The Booking Officer is responsible for managing and processing travel-related bookings for clients, including flights, accommodations, tours, transportation, and other travel services.
Must ensure accurate and timely reservations, provide excellent customer service, and assist clients in planning their trips efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Handle bookings for flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel-related services.
- Provide information on travel itineraries, visa requirements, travel insurance, and other relevant details.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information.
- Ensure compliance with airline and travel industry regulations.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
Must Have
- College Degree or Higher
- Experience in a travel agency, reservations, or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- High level of accuracy in handling bookings and documentation.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent in MS Office
